Sunday Meditation Program

Hanuman Chalisas for peace in these difficult times

From July 17 through August 14, we will begin our Sunday program by chanting Hanuman Chalisas for peace and the welfare of all. Everyone please join in the recitations — Your heart and voice make a difference!

How to attend

On most Sunday mornings, Dhyanyoga Centers in Antioch, CA hosts a meditation program you can attend in person or watch live online. You are invited to join us for chanting, meditation, and a prayer for world peace.

When special events such as retreats and workshops are scheduled, the Sunday meditation program will be cancelled. On these occasions, a replay of a previous Sunday program will be broadcast in place of a Live meditation.
