The Mrityunjaya Mantra, also known as the Tryambakam mantra, is a powerful Sanskrit mantra for healing the body and mind.

ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम् |
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माऽमृतात् ||

Om Haum, Om Jūm, Om Saḥ,
Om Bhūḥ, Om Bhuvaḥ, Om Swaḥ

Om Trayambakam Yajā Mahe
Sugandhim Puṣṭi Vardhanam
Urvā Rūka Miva Bandhanān

Oh Three-eyed Lord (Śiva), I worship you. You are pleasingly fragrant and benevolent to all beings. Like a cucumber on the vine (ripe and ready to fall away), grant me freedom from death but not from immortality.
