In this retreat you will

  • Immerse yourself in daily morning and evening hatha yoga classes
    that combine posture, breath work and meditation.
  • Somatic classes are offered for those who prefer a gentle series of postures.
  • Receive a health consultation from a traditional Ayurvedic Doctor.
  • Enjoy three 2-hour Ayurvedic therapy sessions
  • Group Meditation twice daily to unique and powerful mantras.
  • Enjoy freshly prepared vegetarian meals.
  • Opportunity to relax and unwind in a natural setting.
  • Guided Day trips and activities in the surrounding area.
  • Optional Participation in Daily Vedic rituals.
  • Special events: Live music, cultural dancing and satsang.
