Join us as we come together to joyfully sing the Hanuman Chalisa in honor of Hanumanji on his birthday. As the personification of selfless service and unwavering devotion to God, Hanumanji is an inspiration for all of us.
At this annual event we chant the Chalisa 108 times, the number considered to “complete” the practice. Many have experienced increased inner strength as well as a deep sense of well-being and happiness through this practice. It is said that through this chanting, we receive the grace of Hanumanji himself!
WHEN: Because of a visible, total lunar eclipse in CA, the hours for this event have changed!
Please plan to arrive at the Center by midnight on Friday April 3rd. We should finish 108 Hanuman Chalisas by 6am on Saturday, at which point there will be a bija mantra meditation. As Anandi Ma has said many times, it is always hugely beneficial to do spiritual practices during an eclipse.
